CRM Management

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) which isn’t being managed and utilised is an opportunity missed

Avoid CRM Headaches

Everyone knows that sales people tend to hate keeping notes up to date on a CRM. “I’d rather be selling than filling in a diary” right? But as we all know, sales positions have one of the highest churn rates of any department which means that you spend time and effort investing in your sales staff acquiring knowledge about your customers and when they leave, it leaves with them.

At Anitom we have worked with a wide range of CRM softwares both cloud based and hosted in house. What has become clear is that ease of use is the key. If the CRM stops being a tool and starts being an obstacle, something has gone wrong.

Our goal is to design or adapt a CRM to suit your business rather than trying to make your business suit a CRM. We can also help automate integration of your CRM with your accounting systems, call centres and website analytics so that you always have a full pictures of your customers when you interact with them. We can even help you automate sending birthday cards if that’s your thing.

With so many options to choose from and a seemingly daunting task migrating data, we know that sometimes the CRM is one of those nice ideas that never really takes off (much to the delight of the sales team who quickly give up updating their customer interactions). Let us help you chose and implement the right solution for your business to make sure you are capturing the data you want and maximising your revenue and insights. We’ve highlighted three of our favourites below but there are 15-20 options on the market, each with their strengths and weaknesses.

Hubspot CRM

Hubspot CRM offers some great tie ins with the Hubspot Marketing tools. Designed with simplicity in mind, Hubspot CRM is a stong option for smaller companies on a tight budget.

Zoho CRM regularly tops polls in terms of user feedback. Depending on the size of your organisation and which additional Zoho products you may use, Zoho CRM can provide a very powerful, shallow learning curve option

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics used to get a bad press but recent inovations and simplifications have given this CRM much needed 3rd Party apps and made Microsoft Dynamics 365 a highly scalable option
