With improved sequencing features, increased connection, and a revised workflow that makes it perfect for both studio and live setups, the MK2 version builds on the success of the original KeyStep.

The KeyStep MK2 offers expressive playing in a portable style thanks to its velocity-sensitive Slimkeys and aftertouch. The 16-mode arpeggiator provides creative tools like randomisation, phrase generation, and real-time mutation for growing musical ideas, while its sophisticated polyphonic step sequencer allows up to 64 steps with pattern chaining. Compared to previous iterations, an OLED display and push encoder improve workflow by offering fast access to settings and navigation.

Because of its many connectivity choices, which include USB-C MIDI, MIDI DIN In/Out, CV/Gate outputs, Sync I/O, and sustain/expression pedal input, the controller is particularly well-liked among users of hybrid devices.
