The Ranger 6 Natural Visual Note is a dreadnought-shaped acoustic guitar from Eko Guitars' "Visual Note" series. It has a Spruce top, Linden sides and back, an Okoumè neck, and a South American Roupanà fingerboard with Visual Note LED foil that connects to a special app. To help the user learn in an enjoyable way, the application includes video lessons, exercises, a tuner, scales, arpeggios, and more. These are all sent in real time straight to the keyboard's LEDs.

An LED foil, a control unit that can be mounted directly to an electric, acoustic, or classical guitar fretboard, and an application that can control all of its features make up Visual Note. Visual Note offers all the resources needed for learning and teaching, with a primary focus on guitar instructors and students. With the help of reference music and the guiding lights on the guitar fretboard, this method enables you to study the instrument on your own, whenever, wherever, and however you like. Teachers can use an app to assign exercises, scales, arpeggios, and tunes that students can view and follow on their own fretboard right away. Teaching 2.0 is an extremely engaging, direct, and participatory approach to teaching and learning.

Visual Note App

Lessons include an introduction and the first two levels. Each UNIT includes exercises, explanations, tablature, sheet music, songs, and video lessons created by Massimo Varini. These materials will help students study from the beginning.Songs, Riffs, and Solos: The student will practise the lessons by performing songs and phrases based on the great musical masterpieces. There will be three songs and three riffs.Tuner: With the help of the numerous tuning templates available here, you can easily tune your guitar under the guidance of LEDs and try out unique tunings.Complete geometries of major, natural minor, and pentatonic scales in all keys; melodic arpeggios based on all major, minor, augmented, and diminished chords in all forms; and a comprehensive guide to all major, minor, augmented, diminished, with 7, maj7, and min7 chord positions and forms are all included in this book.Three lighting effects will illuminate your guitar while you're performing.

About Eko Guitars

The first edition of this guitar goes back to 1962 when EKO decided on producing a series of folk guitars based on the popular dreadnought shape, very much in fashion in the U.S. at the time. The first 6 String known as J54, was an immediate success due to style, playability and price.

To respond to the demand of the many aficionados, EKO is now continuing the tradition of the Ranger by introducing this Vintage Reissue version, still preserving all of the main features of the original model like the Bolt-On neck and the adjustable aluminium bridge saddle, the zero-fret and the square dots. Technically improved, still maintaining the same combination of natural mahogany back and sides with the reinforced spruce top. Visually retro fitted with the stylish newly designed bridge, the revised pick guard that maintains the typical shape as in the past.
